CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
Learn about the rights and powers of the branches of government within the confines of the constitutional limits imposed by both federal and state constitutions.

The law that governs the principal-agent fiduciary relationship. Specifically, is the agent authorized to act on behalf of the principal in transactions involving a third party through which those actions will legally bind the principal.

CONFLICT OF LAWS
Determining which of two or more jurisdiction’s laws will be applied in a case to reach a resolution when each of the jurisdictions have some connection to the case.

PARTNERSHIPS
When two or more people operate as co-owners in a business for profit what are the rules?

CORPORATIONS
The law governing the creation, organization, and dissolution of corporations.

FAMILY LAW
The rules that impact marriages, familial and domestic relations. One of the messiest areas of the law, but also one that impacts us the most.

TRUSTS
A right in personal or real property that’s held by a trustee in a fiduciary relationship for the benefit of someone else/entity.

WILLS
What are the elements needed to have a valid will? Is the will enforceable? What happens when there is suspected fraud or duress?

SECURED TRANSACTIONS
The transaction where the debtor (buyer/borrower) promises to pay an obligation by granting the seller/lender a security interest in the real or personal property.
